I. Scope of Application
This clause is primarily intended for our commercial clients, including brand owners, purchasers, and system integrators (collectively referred to as “the Client”). We encourage Clients to develop their own enhanced warranty policies for end consumers based on these terms.
II.Partnership Models and Responsibility
We clearly delineate core responsibilities under different cooperation models to ensure efficient issue resolution:
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) Model:
Scope of Responsibility: We are responsible for the overall product design, research & development, component sourcing, production manufacturing, and comprehensive testing.
Warranty Basis: We assume full warranty liability for both design defects and manufacturing defects in the product.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) Model:
Scope of Responsibility: The client provides complete product specifications, design documents, and software images. We strictly execute procurement and manufacturing according to the client’s requirements.
Warranty Basis: Our primary warranty liability is for manufacturing defects in the product. Compatibility or functionality issues arising from client-specified designs, components, or software will be resolved through mutual consultation.
III.Warranty Period (Effective from Factory Shipment Date)
We provide tiered warranty support for different components.
IV. Warranty Service Support Models
We offer flexible service models to accommodate our clients’ diverse after-sales support systems:
Return-to-Factory Repair (RMA): Clients return the defective unit to our designated service center. We cover the repair costs and return shipping fees for confirmed in-warranty liabilities.
Spare Parts in Advance (SRA): For clients of a certain scale, we can establish an advance inventory of critical spare parts, enabling them to perform local rapid replacements. Defective parts are returned periodically for settlement.
Technical Diagnostics Support: We provide remote fault diagnosis, repair guidance, and technical decision-making support for our clients’ technical teams.
V. Standard Warranty Service Process
1. Issue Reporting:The client submits a service request via our customer service portal, providing the product serial number and a description of the fault.
2. Initial Diagnosis:** Our technical support team provides remote guidance in an attempt to resolve the issue or confirms if further handling is required.
3. Service Authorization: If a return-to-factory or dispatch of spare parts is necessary, we will issue a unique service authorization number.
4. Inspection & Execution:Upon receipt of the defective product, we will complete the inspection, issue a report, and perform the repair or replacement within the agreed upon working days.
5. Liability Determination:For faults that are not immediately obvious, we will provide an analysis report and amicably discuss liability attribution with the client.
VII. Batch Quality Warranty Commitment
We are committed to delivering stable and reliable product quality. Should the early failure rate of an identical fault mode within a specific production batch exceed the threshold mutually agreed upon by both parties, we will initiate a batch quality handling process. This includes, but is not limited to:
Providing a root cause analysis report.
Negotiating a plan for preventive inspection, upgrade, or recall of the affected inventory.
Bearing the corresponding costs of materials, labor, and logistics based on the defined liability.
VIII. Liability Statement
This warranty clause constitutes the core embodiment of our commitment to product quality and serves as the basis for our provision of warranty services to clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
For ODM projects, the ownership of intellectual property rights, exclusivity terms, and related matters for specific products shall be governed by the separate design and development agreement executed between both parties.
